Frequently Asked Questions

How much do custom designed wedding invitations cost?

The cost of an invitation can vary greatly. The paper, embellishments, print method and quantities are all factors which determine the final price. The more inserts you add, the more the invitation will cost. However, many couples want to make sure their guests are fully informed about their wedding and its subsequent events. A few insert examples are a RSVP card, reception card, hotel accommodations, map and directions, and weekend events. Some couples will also include a limited number of rehearsal dinner invitations, or choose a RSVP postcard instead of one with an envelope. You will find our prices are very reasonable. A typical invitation suite which includes the invitation, response postcard, informational card, belly band, custom designed artwork, mailing envelope and up to two press proofs starts at just $438.95 for 100 suites.

What if I don't have time to assemble or address my invitations! Can you help?

Yes, we can help with both. If you don’t have the time or the OCD skills to make sure it is straight we would be happy to assemble them for a nominal charge. An important detail many brides do not think about is who will address the invitations. Do you have nice handwriting and lots of free time? We do offer envelope imprinting services and we will use the same font and color so that it will match your invitation. We can also add your design to the envelope and print the return address on the back flap as well. You may want to increase your invitation budget to include this detail. All we need is your guest list provided in a spreadsheet format and we will take care of the rest.

Is there a custom design fee?

There is no design fee. However, we do limit our hard-copy press proofs to just two of them but digital proofs are always available. If additional hard-copy press proofs are requested, additional charges may apply.

What specialty products do you provide?

We can create, design, and print your save the date cards or magnets, bridal shower invites, wedding invitations, wedding programs and all "day-of" accessories; thank you cards, seating charts, place cards, table cards, menus, envelope addressing, labels, signage and more. We offer flat printing, thermography (raised print), foil, embossing and letterpress.

Do you carry a variety of different types of invitations?

Our graphic artists will work with you to create and design the perfect invitation with your colors, fonts, papers, wording and any embellishments that you may desire for your special occasion. We have no limitations on the variety of invitations. We do everything from a traditional card style, to pocket holders, booklets, laser cut, acrylic and more.

What kind of fonts can be used?

Finding the perfect font can be difficult, but we will work with you so that your font makes your custom invitation stand out. There are a wide range of available fonts (typefaces) and if you have something that speaks to you, let us know.  Part of the custom invitation process is finding the font which helps set the tone of your event!

Will I see a proof before the invitation is printed?

Definitely, YES!  Since we are a full service printing company, we will provide a printed press proof. This will be printed in your colors on the paper you choose, cut to size, include any embellishments and placed inside the pocket or wrapped in a belly band if that is part of your invitation. You will see the invitation exactly as how it would be mailed to your guests.

Are you able to meet with clients in person to showcase your products?

Yes, we can meet with you Monday through Saturday during the day or in the evening. Feel free to drop in during business hours to browse around. We do suggest appointments though so we can reserve that time just for you and have the chance to focus on your wants and needs. Most appointments last about 1.5 hours. Week day evenings and Saturdays are by appointment only. We can also do appointments via phone or by video call. To make sure the process isn't overwhelming, we suggest to meet in stages; save the dates, then wedding invitations, then your day of items.

Is there a minimum order requirement and how many invitations should I order?

There is no minimum order required. We print exactly what you need whether its 36 or 206 invitations. No order is too small or too big. We recommend you create your guest list to get an accurate count and add 10% to that number. The extras are in case you forgot to include someone, if one gets lost in the mail and also to have a keepsake for yourself.

What is your average turnaround from start to finish?

Many couples come in five to six months prior to their event date. In fact, most clients prefer to start a year before their date and we begin with their save the dates. It is customary to send wedding invitations 8-11 weeks prior to the wedding date, so please keep that in mind when placing an order for custom wedding invitations. On average, you will receive your press proof within a few days after your consultation. The completed order usually will be available within two weeks after the final design has been approved depending on the complexity of the project. However, we can work with shorter timelines, if needed.

Can you make our "day of" items?
After we create your invitations, we can also create all the other matching "day of" items. We’ll meet with you as many times as it takes to nail down your vision for a truly memorable event.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, check, debit card and all major credit cards.
